The demands of competing in Division I for our Red Storm student-athletes are enormous. They often balance daily practices, competitions, traveling, a full academic course load, strength and conditioning programs, and sports medicine/rehab appointments in a single week. Leaving little time for them to focus on their mental, physical and spiritual health.
