Jesse Schaefer is a Manager within EY’s Insurance Consulting practice. Leveraging an experience-driven design approach, Jesse leads cross-functional teams to untangle complex client problems by re-imagining end-to-end experiences, designing innovative target operating models, and implementing core technology platforms.
She was recently recognized as a 2025 Women’s Bond Club Rising Star, a program which aims to cultivate the next generation of women executives in the financial services industry.
Jesse received her B.S. in Finance from St. John's University and was a member of the St. John's Women's Soccer team. Her St. John’s education, experience, and network have provided incredible opportunities which kickstarted her career. St. John’s provided Jesse with a unique college experience by connecting her with a diverse group of people, who challenged her to think, listen, and lead differently.
